Eega star Nani brings home Kamal Hassan's painting

Hyderabad: Telugu actor Nani, who is in high spirits after the huge success of his last release Eega, is a die-hard fan of South Indian superstar Kamal Hassan. Post marriage, the Tollywood star is setting up his home to start a new life with Anjana. The first thing he opted for decoration was the painting of his matinee idol, which he got created by Godavari and Avakai Biryani fame actor Kamal Kamaraju.

While decorating his house, Nani decided to have painting of legendary Kamal Hassan in it, six months ago. He met his close friend Kamal Kamaraju, who is a trained painter. During his visit, he explained that he has watched almost all Kamal's movies, and landmark film Kshatriya Putrudu is his favourite among them. He requested his friend to create painting of one pose of the actor featured in the movie.

Kamal Kamaraju is a well known painter. His latest colourful cinema posters and the theme appealed Nani. When he thought of Kamal's painting, Nani could not think about any one other than Kamal Kamaraju. However, many socialites have approached Kamaraju with similar requests. The painter says that a prominent lady in the city has asked him to do a life-size painting of Nagarjuna from Manmadhudu.
