Ileana shoots for Allu Arjun's film despite sickness

Ileana D'Cruz was not well recently. The actress had a stomach infection, which made her to give it a miss to the shooting of her forthcoming Bollywood film Barfee. But the Goan girl was not keen to do the same for her next Telugu film starring Allu Arjun, she was part of the filming despite being sick.

If reports are to be believed, Ileana was hit by food poisoning recently. As a result, the shooting of her upcoming Hindi movie Barfee was postponed. However, even though she was in medication, Ileana made it a point to be part of the Allu Arjun's film shoot. Knowing that it is a multi-starrer film, where she gets enough time to rest after shooting her portions, the 20-something actress decided to attend rather than troubling the Telugu movie.

Ileana's good gesture has now seems to have impressed the Telugu film industry, which at one point of time believed that the Goan girl was an actress with a lot of attitude. However, she will be joining the shoots of her Hindi film in Darjeeling on February 16.
