Mohan
Babu's
1991
Telugu
movie
Assembly
Rowdy
is
now
being
remade,
and
his
son
Vishnu
Manchu
is
playing
the
lead
role.
The
latest
buzz
in
the
filmnagar
is
that
the
original
script
of
the
film
has
completely
been
altered
and
it
is
made
as
a
political
saga
based
on
the
career
of
YS
Rajasekhara
Reddy's
son
Jaganmohan
Reddy.
Assembly
Rowdy
is
a
revenge
drama
revolving
around
the
story
of
a
youngster,
who
takes
on
a
few
rogue
politicians.
Reports
suggest
that
some
corrupt
politician
falsely
implicate
him
in
a
case
and
send
him
to
jail.
But
people
cast
their
votes
to
this
innocent
man,
who
wins
the
election.
How
he
abolishes
corruption
after
entering
the
Assembly
and
becomes
the
messiah
of
poor
will
form
the
rest
of
the
story.
Jaganmohan
and
Mohan
Babu's
family
links
are
quite
strong.
Jagan
is
the
cousin
of
Vishnu's
wife
Vini.
According
to
reports,
Vishnu
has
now
planned
to
show
Jagan
as
a
man
with
clean
image
in
the
movie
Assembly
Rowdy,
which
is
said
to
expose
the
corrupt
activities
of
the
Congress
and
the
Opposition
TD's
ineptness
to
corner
the
government.
But
Vishnu
Babu
has
slammed
the
reports
saying
that
they
are
all
baseless
rumours
and
there
is
no
truth
in
them.
Talking
about
Assembly
Rowdy,
the
actor
admits
that
it
is
going
to
be
a
political
drama,
but
denied
that
the
film
has
any
connection
with
Jagan
Mohan
Reddy's
life.
He
adds
that
the
film
is
a
take
on
the
corruption,
but
it
is
not
aimed
at
any
specific
political
party.
