Nagarjuna-Anushka's Damarukam releasing on November 9

Finally the makers of the much-awaited Telugu movie Damarukam have put all speculations over its release date at rest by confirming its arrival this weekend. The producers have unleashed a new set of posters of this Akkineni Nagarjuna and Anushka Shetty starrer film, which indicate that the film would hit the screens across the globe on November 9. It would release as a Diwali treat for Nag's fans.

Damarukam was initially scheduled to release on October 20 and all the preparations including theatres booking were made for it. But the producers stalled its release at the last minutes. Since the makers did not announce it officially, several speculations were being made about its delay. Some said their move was to avoid its clash with Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu, while a few others described it due to delay in graphics work.

Damarukam has been in the production for more than two years. It has cleared the Censor and got U/A certificate. The promos of this socio-fantasy film have created a lot curiosity among the film goers. Especially, Nagarjuna's fans, who were desperately waiting for the movie, are very happy after its posters showed the release date that hit the internet.

However, Damarukam is directed by Srinivasa Reddy and produced by RR Movie Makers. This is the biggest budget movie in Nagarjuna's career. The movie, which is inspired by the novel Immortals of Meluha, has computer graphics of 70 minutes, which happens to be the main highlight of the flick. With the film hitting the screens this Friday, it should be seen how viewers will receive.
