Nagarjuna's Damarukam keeps Shahrukh Khan waiting?

Akkineni Nagarjuna's upcoming film Damarukam is one of the most-anticipated Telugu movies of the year 2012. The socio-fantasy film, which is slated to release on July 6, has created lot of curiosity among the movie buffs. That's not all. Bollywood Baadshah Shahrukh Khan is also very much interested in the Srinivasa Reddy directed film and he is reportedly eager to watch the film.

The latest buzz in Tollywood circle is that Shahrukh Khan has evinced interest in the Hindi version of film Damarukam. The superstar wanted to know about the film. He was reportedly seemed to be pleased with the plotline after he was briefed about the film's script and contents. Now, he is said to be waiting for the release of the film before he takes a final call on it.

However, Damarukam, which is written and directed by Srinivasa Reddy and produced by Venkat, under RR Movie Makers banner, features Akkineni Nagarjuna and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. Versatile actor Prakash Raj will also be seen in an important role. Devi Sri Prasad has composed music for it.
