Nagarjuna’s Damarukam release postponed again!

Akkineni Nagarjuna and Anushka Shetty starrer Damarukam, which has been in production for more than one and half year, is one of the most-hyped movies of 2012. The socio-fantasy film has already tested the patience of the audience due to the postponement in its release date. The producers are at it again! We hear that the makers have once again postponed the release of this highly-talked-about movie.

Damarukam was earlier slated to release on October 20, just a couple of days after Pawan Kalyan's Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu hit the screens across the globe. The movie had even registered a huge amount of advance ticket booking. But at the last hour, the producers took a decision to delay its release. They refunded the amount of advance ticket booking.

But they did not reveal the reason for stalling the release of Damarukam, which fueled different speculations. Finally, the producers managed to secure the release on November 9 and the movie has once again had a huge amount of advance ticket booking, but the makers have reportedly changed their decision on its release.

According to reports, the release of Damarukam has been deferred by one day. That means the much-anticipated movie will hit the screens on November 10. The producers have not made any official announcement about it. But its speculated that the financial crisis is the reason for the delay.

Meanwhile, a source close to the makers says that the delay in the release of prints overseas was the main reason for it. Whatever may be the reason. The producer can not play with emotions of the viewers, which might cost them a loss of interest in them. It should be seen how Damarukam will perform at the Box Office.
