Nagarjuna opens up on Damarukam delay

Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna, who was keeping mum on the delay in the release of his much-anticipated movie Damarukam, has finally opened up on the issue and admitted that financial crisis is the main reason behind its postponements. After confirming its release date as November 23, he said that this delay has taught him patience and restraint.

The release date of Damarukam, which has been postponed thrice, has created a lot of confusion among the film goers for the past two months. To make an official announcement about it, the makers held a press conference at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Addressing the media, Nagarjuna confirmed that Damarukam is releasing on this Friday. Slow motion of the work has taught him patience.

Meanwhile, Nagarjuna admitted that the financial problem is the reason for the delay of Damarukam release. The King said that such hiccups in business are common and producer RR Venkat has tried hard to release the film. He thanked the producer for this big budget production. He also thanked Dasari Narayana Rao, Alankar Prasad and his fans for their support.
