Parvati Melton set to enter wedlock with her boyfriend

Hyderabad: Actress Parvathi Melton, who was recently seen on screen in the Telugu movie Srimannarayana, is all set to enter wedlock. According to reports, The California girl is tying the knot with her longtime boyfriend Samshu Lalani, who is a real estate businessman in Mumbai. Her marriage will reportedly be held in Mumbai on December 29, 2012.

Parvathi Melton and Samshu Lalani have been close friends for some years now. Their friendship finally turned into love later. Now, they have reportedly planned to take their relationship to the next level. Reports suggest that the actress has already distributed her marriage invitation to some of her close friends in Hyderabad and a few directors and artists with whom she has worked in the past.

However, Parvathi Melton was born and brought up in California. During her college days, she took part in several beauty pageant and won the Miss Teen India Bay Area pageant in 2004 and the Miss India Le Visage USA pageant in 2005. While still studying in Vista College, she was offered the lead role in the Telugu film Vennela. So far, she has acted in 10 movies in Telugu and Malayalam.
