Rajinikanth, Mahesh Babu laud Sudeep's acting in Eega

Director SS Rajamouli's Telugu movie Eega has got a thunderous response at the Box Office and there are several reasons for its successful opening. But what strikes many in the movie is Kannada actor Sudeep's rocking performance. His performance has not only mesmerised viewers, but also superstars like Rajinikanth and Mahesh Babu, who could not stop raving him after watching it.

It is reported that Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth has seen the movie Eega with Rajamouli at a special screening and he commended the great job done by Rajamouli and his team. Meanwhile, the actor, who had also played villain in his blockbuster movie Edhiraan, praised Sudeep to sky high. On his Twitter, Rajamouli writes, "Rajini sir's comment to @kicchasudeep With his trademark guffaw.. "I thought I was the best villain to date. But you beat me to it" (sic)."

On the other hand, Prince Mahesh Babu took to his Twitter page to congratulate the Eega team after watching it. The Tollywood star wrote, "Eega will stand out as 1 of d greatest films ever made in the Telugu film industry. Take a bow ssrajamouli:)congratulations to the entire team..." Meanwhile, he added, "A special mention needs 2b made for sudeep's performance...outstanding!!! (sic)."

This is not all, other South Indian stars like Vikram, Surya, Karthi, Dhanush, Ravi Teja, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Siddharth, Prabhas, Tarak, Rana Daggubati, Ravichandran, Ram Gopal Varma, VV Vinayak, Puri Jagannath, Harish Shankar, Meher Ramesh, Lingusamy and Shankar and many others have also watched Eega and praised Rajamouli and Sudeep making this landmark film.
