Ram
Charan
Teja's
ticket
to
Bollywood
seems
to
be
facing
teething
problems.
His
dream
B-town
debut
in
the
remake
of
cult
classic
Zanjeer
is
running
into
legal
trouble,
as
the
original
writers
of
the
blockbuster
film
Salim-Javed
have
raised
copyright
issue.
Javed
Akhtar
has
objected
to
the
plans
of
makers
of
the
forthcoming
film
to
remake
the
yesteryear
film
without
seeking
the
writer's
permission.
The
writer
has
claimed
that
he
has
spoken
with
co-writer
Salim
Khan
about
the
issue
and
the
latter
too
is
not
happy
with
the
development.
According
to
him,
the
producers
should
take
permission
from
the
scriptwriters,
as
it
is
their
creation
and
no
producers
can
claim
to
be
their
property.
The
remake
of
Zanjeer
is
produced
by
Prakash
Mehra,
the
director-producer
of
the
original
version,
and
directed
by
Apoorva
Lakhia.
It
is
expected
to
take
off
in
April.
