By Ramchander

Rana Daggubati, who was supposed to make his debut in Tamil with Vada Chennai, has walked out of the film. Following some differences with the director, the Leader star has decided to opt out of the bilingual movie.

Director Vetrimaran has confirmed the news on his Twitter account. He wrote, “Rana has opted out of Vada Chennai, as he had some issues with his character sketch." However, he assured that they might work together in a different project as he said, “We will be working together soon."

Sources say that Rana Daggubati had liked the script of Vada Chennai but later realised that the character played by another character Silambarasan aka Simbu had more weightage than him. So, he tried to convince director Vetrimaran but in vein and walked out of the film.
