Ranbir Kapoor to star in Vikram Kumar's Ishq remake

Director Vikram Kumar is all set to direct his second Bollywood film. Well, the filmmaker is gearing up to remake his recent Telugu movie Ishq in Hindi with Ranbir Kapoor in the lead.

The filmmaker has announced that the success of Ishq in Telugu has made him to remake it in Hindi. As he got an offer to make the same film in Hindi, he agreed to direct the movie. He further adds that he has convinced Ranbir Kapoor to act and the Bollywood actor is working out his dates.

Vikram Kumar claims that he is yet to finalise the female lead and other cast-crew of the Hindi movie. However, the original version starred Nitin and Nithya Menon in the leads.
