revealed
that
she
is
not
very
keen
on
entering
Bollywood
and
she
would
like
to
make
it
big
in
South
Indian
cinema.
Meanwhile,
she
says
that
money
is
not
her
criteria
and
she
always
looks
for
significant
roles
before
signing
a
film.
Samantha,
who
has
earlier
made
a
guest
appearance
in
Gautham
Menon's
Hindi
Ekk
Deewana
Tha,
is
now
all
set
to
debut
as
heroine
with
the
movie
Assi
Nabbe
Poorey
Sau,
which
is
the
Bollywood
version
of
Yeto
Vellipoyindi
Manasu.
This
movie
is
in
the
post-production
stage
and
is
slated
to
release
in
2013.
In
an
interview
to
an
English
daily,
she
spoke
about
her
debut
and
said
that
she
has
never
nourished
B-town
dreams.
When
asked
about
Ileana
and
Tamanna's
Bollywood
plans,
Samanta
said
that
Mumbai
is
their
home
town.
Hence,
they
would
want
to
make
it
big
in
their
territory.
The
actress,
who
is
born
and
brought
up
in
Chennai,
added
that
South
is
her
home
and
she
wants
to
continue
to
do
good
movies
in
this
area.
However,
it
was
rumoured
recently
that
Samanth
has
hiked
her
remuneration
to
Rs
1.25
crore
for
Junior
NTR's
upcoming
movie,
which
is
produced
by
Bellamkonda
Suresh.
But
she
slammed
the
reports
saying
that
it
is
not
true.
She
added
that
money
has
never
been
her
criterion.
