Samantha pockets Rs 30 lacs in two days

Time is money for Samantha. Every minute at this stage matters a lot to her. Why not? She is working in as many as five big projects that are either directed by top filmmakers or feature A-list actors. This in turn, has helped her to hike her remuneration.

The actress, who is one of the expensive actresses among the new-age girls, shot a commercial for a retail showroom. If the reports are to be believed, Samantha earned Rs 30 lakhs in the endorsement deal and she shot the ad in two days.

Acclaimed filmmaker Krish directed the commercial, which shows Samantha in a traditional avatar. It is said that the ad has been well-shot and it has impressed the people, who have already seen it.
