opened
to
a
good
response
at
the
USA
Box
Office.
The
devotional
film
has
beaten
the
collection
record
of
Allari
Naresh's
Sudigadu
at
the
business
centres
in
the
country
in
the
first
weekend
of
its
release.
It
has
surely
set
a
new
record
in
the
USA
market.
Shirdi
Sai,
which
has
been
directed
by
K
Raghavendra
Rao,
was
released
in
America
on
Wednesday
(September
5).
Since
it
was
screened
at
a
limited
number
of
cinema
halls,
its
collection
was
low
on
the
first
two
days.
The
movie,
which
features
Nagarjuna
as
Sai
Baba,
collected
Rs
1,280,699
($23,140)
at
the
USA
Box
Office
on
Wednesday
and
Thursday
together.
The
movie
witnessed
a
big
jump
in
its
business
on
Friday
with
the
increase
in
its
screen
number
in
the
country.
Shirdi
Sai
managed
to
get
more
than
100%
growth
in
its
collection.
Its
business
improved
further
on
the
following
days.
The
movie
raked
in
Rs
3,133,610
($56,646)
on
Saturday.
However,
the
movie
has
collected
Rs
6,304,476
in
four
days
and
the
fifth
day
figures
are
yet
to
be
revealed.
Trade
analysts
say
that
the
Sunday
figures
of
Shirdi
Sai
are
even
bigger
than
that
of
Saturday.
Including
this,
the
film
would
surely
cross
the
collection
mark
of
Sudigadu,
which
had
collected
Rs
69.83
lakhs
($125,484)
at
the
USA
Box
Office
in
its
opening
weekend.
