Hyderabad:
Telugu
actor
Siddharth
is
a
cricket
lover
and
he
even
follows
international
matches
and
keep
tweeting
even
when
he
is
shooting.
He
was
also
the
brand
ambassador
for
Deccan
Chargers.
Now,
the
Bommarillu
star
has
received
a
call
from
Bollywood
superstar
Salman
Khan,
who
has
asked
to
play
for
his
team
Mumbai
Heroes
at
the
Celebrity
Cricket
League
next
year.
The
elated
Siddharth
took
to
his
Twitter
page
to
share
his
excitement
with
his
fans.
The
actor
wrote,
"In
other
news,
got
a
call
from
Salman
bhai's
mumbai
heroes
to
play
for
them
in
ccl
next
year.
Would've
loved
to
but
for
the
shoulder...2014:)." Sid
added,
"Have
now
been
asked
by
Hyderabad,
chennai
and
mumbai
to
play
in
ccl...it's
a
lovely
feeling
to
work
in
different
languages
as
an
actor...nice!
(sic)"
Unfortunately,
Siddharth
is
now
not
in
a
condition
to
play
for
any
cricket
team
as
he
is
nursing
an
injured
shoulder.
On
November
27,
he
had
tweeted,
"Getting
the
wretched
shoulder
looked
at
by
experts
again
today...I've
got
a
good
feeling
about
it
this
time
around.
Wish
me
luck!"
The
actor
added,
"No
permanent
damage
to
the
shoulder.
Just
a
few
months
of
rehab
and
nothing
silly
is
what
the
doctors
have
advised...phew!Thanks
for
the
love."
However,
Siddharth
has
recently
completed
the
shooting
for
Nandini
Reddy's
upcoming
film
and
is
now
shooting
for
Vetrimaaran's
next
movie.
He
tweeted,
"Done
with
a
cracker
of
a
song
recording
with
@gvprakash
&
@VetriMaaran.
No
holds
barred
my
best
rendition
of
anything..gv's
words
not
mine!"
