Actors who debuted in Telugu films in 2012
Several young actors debut in Tollywood every year, but only a few will be able to attain success and the remaining will leave the industry without any hope. Telugu film industry witnessed arrival of many new heroes in the year 2012. A few of them are relatives of popular Tollywood filmmakers and actors. Sudheer Babu is the brother-in-law of Telugu actor Mahesh Babu. The professional Badminton player-turned-actor entered films with Ye Maya Chesave, but he debuted as hero with the movie SMS (Shiva Manasulo Sruthi). His performance in the film has bagged him two other new offers like Premakatha Chitram and Aggi Pulla.
Prince is another young actor, who is successful in impressing the viewers in his debut movie Neeku Naaku Dash Dash. Although the film did an average business at the Box Office, he received lots of accolades for his performance, which bagged him new projects like Bus Stop and Romance.
Sumanth Ashwin, who is son of filmmaker MS Raju, debuted in films with Tuneega Tuneega, which was an average grosser at the Box Office. He is able to win the heart of many in his sole attempt. Impressed with his acting, director Teja has come forward to another movie titled Nuvve Naa Hero with him.
Naveen Chandra debuted as hero with SS Rajamouli's maiden production Andala Rakshasi, which did good business at the Box Office. Naveen Chandra received accolades from both critics and viewers. He is now gearing upto release his next movie Dalam, which is slated to hit the screens on November 30.
Srinivas is another successful actor, who is able to prove his mettle in his debut movie Ee Rojullo, which has done a fare business at the Box Office. His performance in the film has bagged him several offers like Love Cycle, Aravind 2 and Rai Rai.
Manoj Nandam debuted in Tollywood with the movie Oka Romantic Crime Katha, which had created quite a buzz before its release. Although the film is as an average grosser, his performance in it has bagged him two fresh projects like Nuthilo Kappalu and Bullipettelo Boochodu.
Jr SV Ranga Rao, the grandson of late actor SV Ranga Rao, entered films with the Telugu movie Mr 7, which had created lot of curiosity among the film goers, but failed to meet their expectations. He failed to prove his acting skills in the movie and he has no new offers in hand now.
Nischal entered film industry with the Malayalam movie By The People. He debuted as hero in Telugu with Friends Book, which was a below average fare at the Box Office. But his performance in it has bagged him another offer Yugam.
Chanti debut in Tollywood with the movie Prema Pilustondi, which failed to do well the Box Office. He has no new offers and is now on look out for one to prove his mettle.
Vikram Sekhar entered films with the movie Sasesham, which did an average business at the Box Office. Although his performance was brilliant in it, he did not get any offer.
