The Businessman's guns aren't helping Mahesh Babu in Tamil Nadu

The Businessman's guns, which does not need arguments, are not helping him to get screens to show his heroism in Tamil Nadu! Well, the Mahesh Babu starrer film, which is releasing on January 13, is facing problems to get theatres due the two big Tamil releases – Nanban and Vettai.

Traders say that Gnanavel Raja, the dubbing rights holder of the Tamil version of The Businessman, is finding extremely difficult to get theatres in Tamil Nadu. It is because Shankar's Nanban, which is being dubbed in Telugu as 3 Rascals, and Lingusamy's Vettai are releasing at the same time and the theatre owners are preferring the two big straight movies to Puri Jagannath directorial film.

Noted producer Gnanavel Raja, who is a cousin of actors Surya and Karthi, acquired the rights of The Businessman for a reasonably good price considering the Pokiri's success in recent blockbuster movie Dookudu. Though, he has started giving ads about the movie, the distributor is yet to give the list of theatres that will screen the Mahesh Babu and Kajal Aggarwal starrer film.
