UKUP distributors want to increase theatres

Uu Koduthara Ulikki Padutara (UKUP) is all set to hit the screens across the country on July 27. The latest we hear is that the distributors have planned to increase the number of theatres for the film, which was to release in 450 cinema halls earlier. Their decision came after they watched the movie in Chennai.

The producers of Uu Koduthara Ulikki Padutara had recently arranged a movie premiere for the distributors at a theatre in Chennai. The distributors were carried away by the wonderful performances of Balakrishna and Manchu Manoj and also liked the various twists and turns in the second half of the film.

Uu Koduthara Ulikki Padutara will release in more than 60 theatres in Hyderabad alone. The film unit is all excited about the response of the audience. Scriptwriter Gopi Mohan tweeted, "Most of the distributors saw #UKUP today:) awesome report and they r more kicked :) they wanna increase more theatres:) GOD Bless:))"

Uu Koduthara Ulikki Padutara is a socio-fantasy film, which has been made with highest budget. It has high technical and production values. The producers have erected 6.5 crore Gandharva Mahal for the film, which is the most expensive set built in Tollywood so far. The movie has Sekhar Raja's script and direction, and B Rajasekar's camera work.

Besides Balakrishna and Manoj, Uu Koduthara Ulikki Padutara also features Deekasha Seth, Brahmanandam, Lakshmi, Sunil, Sai Kumar, Prabu in other important roles. Bobo Sasi has composed music for its songs, while Bollywood musical duo Salim-Sulaiman worked on its background score.
