In the year 2012, Telugu film industry has released 160+ movies including around 50 dubbed flicks from various languages. Some old actors have rocked their way into the Box Office and become the top contenders for the position of No 1 actor of Tollywood. Pawan Kalyan, who was facing severe setback in his career in recent years, has made a grand comeback in 2012. His two releases like Gabbar Singh and Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu have become super-hit at the Box Office. Especially, Gabbar Singh has turned out to be the all time highest grosser movie in the history of Telugu cinema.
Mahesh Babu has also had a very good time in 2012. His solo release Business Man has done superb business at the Box Office in this year. With the movie creating several new records, Mahesh Babu is also sure to bag a few awards for his performance in Business Man.
Ravi Teja had four releases like Nippu, Daruvu, Devudu Chesina Manushulu and Sarocharu in 2012. The first three releases were above average fares at the Box Office. His performance is the main highlight in the movie.

Ram Charan Teja had one release like Racha in 2012 and the movie has done very well at the Box Office. With his rocking performance in it, the actor has managed to impress the Mega Fans.
Junior NTR had one release like Dhammu, which has been an average fare at the Box Office. Although the actor has delivered wonderful performance, the movie failed to live upto the expectations of the producers.

While the former was an average fare, the latter film has got him much needed break. His performance in it has been raved by everyone.
Sudeep debuted in Telugu with Ratka Charitra, but it was his 2012 movie Eega, which has got him much-needed recognition in the industry. His performance in Eega has rocked the Telugu viewers, who have started liking him and looking forward for more release from him.
