Remembering
his
2009
Telugu
Blockbuster
Arundhati,
actor
Sonu
Sood,
who
is
now
fast
recovering
from
fractures
in
his
leg,
says
he
had
a
tough
time
shooting
for
the
Kodi
Ramakrishna-directed
film.
The
actor
describes
this
project
as
the
most
difficult
movie
in
his
career
and
every
moment
spent
on
it
is
worth
of
it.
Arundhati
is
a
2009
fantasy
film
written
and
directed
by
Kodi
Ramakrishna
and
Sonu
Sood
has
played
a
villain
named
Pashupathi,
a
womaniser
and
master
in
tantric
arts.
Besides
heroine
Anushka
Shetty,
his
performance
was
very
crucial
for
the
film
and
he
had
delivered
one
of
the
best
performances
of
his
career.
He
has
won
lot
of
accolades
from
film
critics
as
well
as
movie
buffs.
On
Wednesday,
Sonu
Sood
took
to
his
Twitter
page
and
recalled
his
memories
connected
to
Arundhati,
which
had
become
one
of
the
highest
grossing
Telugu
films
of
2009.
He
tweeted,
"Must
admit
the
most
difficult
shoot
of
my
career
till
date.
Shot
for
70
hours
once." The
actor
added,
"I
was
supposed
to
shoot
for
30
days
but
shot
for
160
days
over
a
period
of
two
years
for
Arundhati.
Must
admit
every
second
spent
was
worth."
Sonu
Sood
has
been
roped
in
to
play
a
crucial
role
in
Rani
Ranamma,
which
is
directed
by
Kodi
Ramakrishna.
But
it
was
recently
rumoured
that
he
was
dropped
from
the
project
after
following
multiple
fractures
in
his
leg
while
playing
a
CCL
match
in
Dubai.
The
makers
of
this
movie
are
yet
to
confirm
the
news.
