Kannada
actress
Pranitha
Subhash
forayed
into
Tollywood
with
Em
Pillo
Em
Pillado
and
has
later
starred
in
Siddharth's
Baava.
But
it
is
Pawan
Kalyan's
Attarintiki
Daredi,
which
features
in
one
of
the
two
heroines,
has
made
her
an
overnight
star.
Following
the
success
of
this
movie,
she
has
been
flooded
with
several
offers
in
Telugu
film
industry.
She
has
bagged
a
plum
role
in
Junior
NTR's
Rabhasa.
Santosh
Srinivas,
who
is
directing
Rabhasa,
told
IANS,
"We
have
already
shot
with
Pranitha
for
few
days.
I
quite
liked
her
performance
in
AD,
and
therefore,
roped
her
in.
Even
my
producer
was
happy
with
her
work
in
the
film
and
had
approached
her
for
our
film." He
added,
"She
plays
a
typical
Andhraite
girl
and
will
mostly
be
seen
sporting
half-sari
throughout
the
film,"
he
added.
Produced
by
Bellamkonda
Suresh,
Rabhasa
is
slated
to
hit
the
screens
in
the
summer
of
2014.
Interestingly,
Samantha
and
Pranitha
were
part
of
Attarintiki
Daredi,
and
now
they
will
be
working
together
again.
Santosh
Srinivas
said,
"Their
roles
are
different
and
I
had
cast
Samantha
much
before
even
Attarintiki
Daredi
released.
Therefore,
I'm
not
trying
to
cash
in
on
their
success."
Currently,
Pranitha
has
two
Kannada
projects
like
Angarakha
and
Upendra's
Brahma.
She
is
