Photos: Celebs galore at Greeku Veerudu music launch

The music of much-hyped Telugu movie Greeku Veerudu starring Nagarjuna and Nayantara in leads, was launched at a grand event held at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad on Wednesday evening (April 4). Critically acclaimed director K Raghavendra Rao was the chief guest on the occasion. He unveiled the audio CDs of the film and handed them over to director VV Vinayak and other guests on the stage.

Greeku Veerudu, which is directed by Dasarath, is a romantic entertainer and the music is going to one of the main highlights in the film, which has seven beautiful songs. Young musician S Thaman has composed the tunes for the soundtracks. Popular singers like Naveen Madhav, Ranjith, Hema Chanra, MM Manasi, Rahul Nambiar, Mallikarjun, Haricharan, Rita, SP Balasubramanyam, Parnika, Bindhu have crooned them.

However, the music launch of Greeku Veerudu, which is directed by Dasarath was a starry and glittzy event. ANR, SP Balasubramanyam, K Raghavendra Rao, Amala, Naga Chaitanay, Akhil, Srishanth, VV Vinayak, KL Narayana, Boyapati Srinu, Anushka, Priyamani and many others attended the function, which also witnessed the presence of thousands of Nagarjuna's fans coming from different part of the state.

Greeku Veerudu music launch was grand event. Several big celebrities from Telugu film industry along with the cast and crew members attended the function.

Nagarjuna's wife Amala and sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhila also made to the music launch of Greeku Veerudu. Nag was looking quite young in his blue shirt, brown jacket and jeans.

SP Balasubramanyam, who has crooned a song for Greeku Veerudu, attended the music launch of the movie. Addressing the function, the singer praised S Thaman and wished that his soundtracks would be superhit.

Actresses like Anushka Shetty and Priyamani, who have earlier worked with Nagarjuna, made it to the music launch of Greeku Veerudu. But Nayantara, who is playing the lead lady in the movie, was absent on the occasion.

D Siva Prasad Reddy, who is producing Greeku Veerudu, had made grand arrangements for its music launch. Addressing the function, the producer hoped that the music will be a huge success in his career.
