Charmi to perform with Salman Khan at CCL 3 curtain raiser

The Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), which was commenced in 2011, has grown to become more popular than the International Cricket Council (ICC) games with its second season. Now, the stage is getting ready for the third season and the organisers of these matches have planned a grand gala ceremony for its curtain raiser event. Salman Khan, Charmi and few other celebs are reportedly performing on the occasion.

The curtain raiser for the Celebrity Cricket League 3 will be held at Film City in Mumbai on January 19. The latest buzz in the film nagar circle is that Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will perform on stage. It is rumoured that popular South Indian actresses like Charmi Kaur and Shraddha Das are among other performers. Another rumour is that 'Gangnam Style' fame PSY is likely to perform on the occasion.

There were five teams from Telugu, Tamil, Kerala, Karnataka in Celebrity Cricket League 2. This year, two new teams like Veer Marathi and Bhojpuri Dabangg are joining the other teams in the League. However, Telugu Warriors players Venkatesh, Tharun, Srikanth, Nithin, Adarsh are all excited to take part in curtain-raiser event. The tournament will kickstart from February 9 in Kochi.
