Dasari Narayana Rao takes dig at Jr NTR, Ganesh Babu?

Hyderabad: Filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao is known for criticising leading actors, directors and producers in the past. And he is now at it again! On Tuesday, the Tollywood director has taken an indirect dig at young tiger Junior NTR and producer Bandla Ganesh Babu. He was addressing the platinum disc function of Varun Sandesh's Priyathama Nee Vachata Kusalama, when he made a verbal attack on the actor and producer.

The mishap at the music release of the big budget movie Baadshah has sparked a serious debate on the arrangements of the filmy events in Tollywood. Dasari Narayana Rao seemed to be upset with the incident. But without directly referring to it, he criticised the indiscipline of the producers of big ticket movies in organising an event.

The filmmaker even threatened to quit attending the event if they are not organised in a proper way. "These days, audio launch events have turned into 'recording dances' in carnivals. I decided to not go to such audio launch events. Hereafter, I'll go only if they are organised in a schematic way," a movie portal quotes him as saying.

Meanwhile, Dasari Narayana Rao also lashed out at the leading heroes for ignoring small producers. The filmmaker said, "Most of our heroes feel that they are superstars soon after scoring a hit and begin to evade small producers." The director added, "I heard Varun Sandesh doesn't belong to such category."
