GJG, NH4, Chinna Cinema weekend collection at Box Office

Hyderabad: Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde starring Nitin, Nithya Menon and Isha Talwar in leads, has started with a bang in the international market. The Telugu movie has done superb collection at the USA Box Office in the first weekend. It has topped the American business chart, beating Emraan Hashmi's Hindi movie Ek Thi Daayan, which has landed in the second place.

Baadshah had been doing very good business at the USA Box Office for past two weeks. Along with Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, two other much-hyped Telugu movies like NH4, the Telugu version of Udhayam NH4, and Chinna Cinema released in America. Many people in Tollywood were keeping their fingers crossed about the future of the movie Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde.

But to everyone's surprise, Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde opened to a grand response in the country, beating other Telugu releases NH4 and Chinna Cinema. The movie showed upwards trends on the following days. The Nitin, Nithya and Isha starrer has collected Rs 80.03 lakhs ($1,47,697) from 23 screens at the USA Box Office in its opening weekend.

Whereas NH4 and Chinna Cinema had a dull start in the country and they did not show a big jump over the weekend. Hence, their collection has been below average mark. In its opening weekend, NH4 has collected Rs 9.43 lakhs ($17,393) from 15 screens at the USA Box Office, while Chinna Cinema raked in Rs 1.49 lakhs ($2,746) from 3 screens.
