Hyderabad:
Well-known
scriptwriter
Kona
Venkat
has
slammed
the
reports
that
his
story
for
director
Srinu
Vaitla's
much-hyped
movie
Baadshah
starring
Junior
NTR
and
Kajal
Aggarwal
in
leads,
is
not
an
original
one.
The
writer
says
that
it
is
not
a
copy
or
reproduction
of
any
film.
Rather
it
is
very
much
an
original
piece
written
by
him
in
collaboration
with
Gopimohan.
Baadshah,
which
is
a
romantic-action
drama,
is
one
of
the
highly-awaited
Telugu
movies
of
2013.
Besides
Junior
NTR,
the
movie
has
created
lot
of
curiosity
among
the
film
goers
for
its
story,
which
has
been
creating
new
buzz
on
the
social
networking
platforms
everyday.
The
latest
speculation
is
that
it
is
inspired
or
copied
from
another
Hollywood
film
and
it
is
not
an
original
script.
Upset
Kona
Venkat,
who
is
quite
active
on
the
micro
blogging
sites,
took
to
his
Twitter
page
to
deny
the
claims.
He
tweeted,
"Baadshah
is
a
100%
original
story
written
by
Me
&
Gopimohan.
It's
not
copied
or
inspired
from
any
film
in
any
language.
All
rumors
r
trash.
I
read
the
story
doing
rounds
in
the
market
as
Baadshah
story.
Actually
it's
not
bad.
For
the
first
time
I
found
creativity
in
a
rumor."
However,
Baadshah
is
currently
in
the
last
leg
of
its
shooting.
Its
production
unit
has
canned
maximum
portions
of
the
film
in
Seoul,
Italy,
Switzerland
and
Bangkok.
Recently,
the
film
unit
has
comeback
to
India
and
started
new
shooting
schedule
at
a
private
house
in
Hyderabad.
The
movie
is
scheduled
to
release
worldwide
on
April
5.
