and
Swathi
Muthyam,
will
be
seen
Telugu
director

Shankar's
upcoming
film.
The
Jai
Bolo
Telangana
helmer,
who
confirmed
the
news,
is
so
much
excited
about
casting
him
that
he
could
not
stop
praising
him.
In
a
chat
to
an
English
daily,
N
Shankar
has
revealed
that
he
has
recently
approached
Kamal
Hassan
with
an
interesting
story,
which
impress
the
actor,
who
gave
his
consent
for
the
film
besides
offering
a
few
suggestions
to
the
director.
Kamal
Hassan
is
currently
busy
with
the
shooting
of
Vishwaroopam
2.
After
completing
this
project,
the
actor
will
allot
his
dates
for
Shankar's
next
directorial
venture.
Kamal-Shankar's
combo
project
will
be
a
bilingual
film,
which
will
be
simultaneously
made
in
Telugu
and
Tamil.
The
yet-to-be
titled
movie
is
said
to
be
made
with
a
whopping
budget
of
Rs
60
crore.
The
director
says
that
the
actor
is
"an
encyclopedia
of
cinema".
Kamal
Hassan
will
reprise
a
totally
different
role,
which
he
has
never
played
before
in
his
illustrious
four-decade-old
career.
According
to
Shankar,
it
will
be
a
realistic
action
adventure
film,
which
is
touted
to
be
an
urban-centric
entertainer
with
a
love
story.
"We
blended
a
love
angle
into
our
script
and
are
looking
for
a
suitable
heroine.
We
will
finalise
other
roles
once
he
allots
the
dates," Deccan
Chronicle
quotes
the
director
as
saying.
