Popular character artist Sarath Babu, who turns 61 today, has reportedly revealed his third wedding plans. In an interview, the 61-year-old South Indian actor said, "I feel like I am just 35-years-old both physically and mentally. The name of the person I will be marrying will be of 5 letters and she comes from a journalist background." But he has declined to divulge the details of the girl who he is going to marry.
It should be recalled here that Sarath Babu is one of the most talented character artists in South India. He has played husband, friend, father, brother and villain on-screen. But it was director Balachander's 1977 Tamil film Nizhal Nijamagiradhu that gave him first break in the industry. Later, it was remade in Telugu as Idhi Katha Kadu, which featured him with Kamal Hassan and Chiranjeevi. Both these versions were superhit. So Sarath considers Balachander as his mentor.

In his acting career spanning 37 years, Sarath Babu has acted in over 200 movies covering all South Indian languages. He has acted in 80 films each in Telugu and Tamil, 20 in Kannada and a few in Malayalam.
