Photos: Srihari's Final Rites Performed At His Bachupally Farmhouse

The final rites of Telugu actor Srihari, who passed away at the Leelavathi Hospital in Mumbai on October 9 following liver-related problems, were performed with all state honours at his farmhouse in Bachupally on Thursday evening. Thousands of fans had gathered to pay their last respects to the beloved hero at the place. The police had to struggle to control the mob.

The body of Telugu actor Srihari was brought from Mumbai to Hyderabad on Thursday morning. Hundreds of Telugu celebrities like D Ramanaidu, Dasari Naryana Rao, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan Teja, Jr NTR, Tarun, Brahmanandam, Jayasudha, Krishna, Vijaya Nirmala, Ali, Mohan Babu, Manchu Vishnu, Sudha, Hema, Subbaraju, Raghu Babu, SS Rajamouli, Chalapathi Rao, Allu Aravind and a few others visited his house to pay their homage to the actor. They offered condolences to his bereaved family.

Later, the mortal remains of Srihari were kept at the AP Film Chamber in filmnagar for the public to pay their last respects to the actor. His funeral rites got completed with his body being buried at his farmhouse in Bachupally in the evening. Several Tollywood biggies and political leaders attended the last rites of the actor.
