Producer
BVSN
Prasad
has
announced
that
September
27
will
be
the
new
release
date
for
Pawan
Kalyan's
movie
Attarintiki
Daredi
(AD),
which
was
to
hit
the
screens
on
October
9.
He
has
advanced
its
release
by
two
weeks
following
the
leak
of
its
90-minute
footage
online.
The
producer,
who
has
shelled
out
a
hefty
sum
on
its
making,
hopes
that
the
audience
will
make
the
movie
a
big
hit
at
the
Box
Office.
Addressing
a
press
meet
on
Monday,
BVSN
Prasad
said,
"We
can't
delay
the
release
of
the
film
any
further.
We
don't
want
the
audience
to
end
up
buying
the
pirated
copy
of
the
film,
and
therefore,
have
decided
to
release
the
film
on
Friday
(Sep
27).
I
hope
everybody
watches
the
film
in
theatre."
On
Monday,
police
caught
people
selling
pirated
copies
of
Attarintiki
Daredi,
for
Rs
50
and
raids
were
conducted
in
most
CD
shops
across
the
state.
BVSN
Prasad
said,
"I'm
hoping
that
the
audience
will
make
it
a
big
hit.
Even
though
I'm
devastated
by
the
leak,
I
have
confidence
in
the
audience."
Attarintiki
Daredi,
which
has
been
directed
Trivikram
Srinivas,
features
Pawan
Kalyan,
Samantha,
Pranitha,
Boman
Irani
and
Nadhiya
in
important
roles.
It
was
scheduled
for
an
August
9
release,
but
it
was
postponed
to
October
9
due
to
the
ongoing
political
turmoil
in
the
state.
However,
most
of
the
films
that
were
scheduled
to
release
on
Friday
have
cleared
the
way
for
the
film.
Producer
Anand
Ranga
tweeted,
"We
won't
be
able
to
release
DK
Bose
if
Attarintiki
Daredi
releases
now.
We
will
lose
some
money.
But,
its
ok
as
Attarintiki
Daredi
producer
has
a
lot
at
stake."
