Kajal
Aggarwal
and
Amala
Paul
in
leads,
has
done
fabulous
business
at
the
worldwide
Box
Office
in
the
first
week.
Director
VV
Vinayak's
latest
action
entertainer
has
topped
the
collection
chart
by
pushing
down
Mahesh
Babu
and
Venkatesh
starrer
Seethamma
Vakitlo
Sirimalle
Chettu
to
the
second
place.
It
has
become
the
biggest
opener
for
Cherry.
Released
in
1,600+
screens
across
the
globe
on
January
9,
the
much-awaited
film
Naayak
debuted
with
a
fantabulous
response
at
the
Box
Office
and
its
business
witnessed
a
big
jump
on
the
second
day.
But
many
were
thinking
that
from
Friday,
its
collection
would
be
affected
by
Seethamma
Vakitlo
Sirimalle
Chettu.
But
the
undeterred
action
entertainer
continued
to
keep
the
bells
ringing
at
the
ticket
windows.
Naayak
not
only
got
a
wonderful
response
at
the
AP
Box
Office,
but
also
in
USA,
Karnataka
and
other
parts
of
India.
In
the
first
weekend,
the
movie
collected
approximately
Rs
20
crores
at
the
worldwide
collection
centres.
Its
opening
weekend
collection
was
almost
close
to
the
mark
set
by
Ram
Charan
Teja's
Blockbuster
film
Magadheera.
Naayak
continued
to
rock
at
the
Box
Office
on
Monday
too
and
that
was
due
to
Sankranthi
holiday.
But
its
business
dropped
on
other
weekdays
and
it
is
said
to
be
lower
than
that
of
Seethamma
Vakitlo
Sirimalle
Chettu.
The
film
has
collected
approximately
Rs
37+
crores
nett
at
the
global
Box
Office
in
the
first
week.
Since
there
are
no
new
releases
this
Friday,
Naayak
is
expected
to
do
well
at
the
Box
Office
in
the
