Samantha gets cervical cancer vaccination

Actress Samantha, as a responsible celebrity has made all her fans aware of the Cervical Cancer Vaccinations. She tweeted saying she got her final cervical cancer vaccination.

An actor, who has the power to make someone listen to them, is a privilege only few can afford. Making some good use of it shows a person's character. Samantha has done it today. All her fans are aware of the vaccination now. She also said in the tweet that, now that she has finished the vaccination course, she does not have to worry about this from now.

Her tweet said, "Got my final cervical cancer vaccination shot...one less thing to be afraid...Girls pls make sure you get vaccinated for u and ur family".

Cervical Cancer affects around 80 thousand women a year in India alone. There has been tremendous awareness programs to make women across India become aware about this, so that women across India can prevent this disease in the early stages itself.

Another actress who bought the women cancer issue into spotlight is the Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, who got a double mastectomy last month.
