Hyderabad:
With
three
Telugu
films
already
up
her
sleeves,
Southern
actress
Shruti
Haasan
has
bagged
another
big
project
in
Tollywood.
Yes!
The
Gabbar
Singh
star
has
signed
to
play
the
female
lead
opposite
actor
Allu
Arjun
in
his
upcoming
untitled
Telugu
movie,
which
is
directed
by
Surender
Reddy.
The
movie
is
expected
to
go
on
floors
after
summer
once
the
director
finishes
the
scripting
work.
Shruti
Haasan,
who
is
all
excited
to
work
with
Allu
Arjun,
took
to
her
Twitter
page
to
share
her
excitement
with
her
followers.
The
actress
tweeted,
"Hey
tweeple
happy
to
say
that
I'm
a
part
of
another
Telugu
project
starring
Allu
Arjun.
To
be
directed
by
Surendar
Reddy!
Really
looking
forward." She
added,
"2013
has
been
a
super
special
year
for
me!
Work
is
worship."
Shruti
Haasan
debuted
in
Telugu
with
Siddharth's
Anaganaga
O
Dheerudu
and
once
again
teamed
up
with
Sid
for
Oh
My
Friend,
but
both
these
films
did
not
give
her
much-needed
break
in
Tollywood.
It
was
Pawan
Kalyan's
Gabbar
Singh,
which
is
her
third
Telugu
movie,
which
brought
her
to
limelight
in
Andhra
Pradesh.
After
Gabbar
Singh,
Shruti
Haasan
has
become
one
of
the
most
sought
after
actresses
in
T-Town.
She
has
been
flooded
with
offers,
but
she
has
been
very
careful
and
signing
only
the
films
of
leading
actors.
She
is
working
with
Ravi
Teja
in
the
film
Balupu,
Ram
Charan
Teja
in
Yevadu
and
Junior
NTR
in
a
yet-to-be-titled
film.
Allu
Arjun
is
the
another
popular
actor
whom
she
will
romance
in
her
upcoming
film.
