Shruti Hassan, Samantha's fight for Junior NTR

Hyderabad: Actress Shruti Hassan has been flooded with new offers after the huge success of Gabbar Singh, but she has been making careful selection. So far, she has signed two new Telugu movies like Yevadu and Balupu. Now, she has confirmed that she has accepted Junior NTR's upcoming film, which is directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju.

It was earlier reported that Harish Shankar, who has given first big break to Shruti Hassan in Telugu, is teaming up with Junior NTR after the huge success of Gabbar Singh. His next directorial venture has two heroines and he has earlier roped in Samantha for the first female lead. Now, Shruti Hassan is joining him on board and she will play the second heroine.

Shruti Hassan is now all excited about her second movie with Harish Shankar and she thanked director for giving her second chance. The leggy lass took to her Twitter page to confirm the news about her team up with Junior NTR. The actress tweeted, "Happy to work with Tarak on this film, finally. Thanks to Harish Shankar for believing in me..lets rock and roll."

However, Junior NTR is said to be playing a powerful student in Harish Shankar's untitled film. Samantha and Shruti Hassan will be playing his love interests. It would be interesting to know who will finally win the heart of the hero in this movie! The film unit has already completed the shooting of the first schedule. It is not clear when Shruti will join its shooting.
