Siddharth doing a cameo in Junior NTR's Baadshah

Hyderabad: Actor Siddharth is reportedly going to do a cameo role for his good friend Junior NTR's much-hyped film Baadshah, which is directed by Srinu Vaitla. According to reports, his special appearance was supposed to be a surprise package in the movie. But the news about it has made its way to the internet through a close source from the director's team. He will shoot for his portions in the film by the end of February.

Talking to Times of India, a source close to director Srinu Vaitla confirmed the news about Siddharth's guest appearance in Baadshah. The source said, "The filmmakers were looking for a known face to play a pivotal character in the movie. Siddharth's name came up and when the producers approached him, he agreed to come on board."

Reports suggest that Siddharth is playing a small role in the flashback episode of the movie Baadshah. Although he is making a brief appearance, it is going to be a pivotal role, which is very crucial in the film. The actor is going to shoot for this most-awaited flick from February 28 and March 1 in Hyderabad.

However, Baadshah is touted to be a lavish action entertainer, which is being made with more than Rs 50 crore budget. Junior NTR and Kajal Aggarwal are playing lead roles and Navdeep is playing a negative role in the film, which is produced by Bandla Ganesh Babu. The movie has music by SS Thaman and cinematography by I Andrew, Jayanan Vincent, RD Rajasekhar and KV Guhan.
