Hyderabad:
In
recent
times,
the
credibility
of
the
Regional
Censor
Board
has
often
been
questioned
and
objected
by
several
actors,
directors
and
producers.
Actor
Siddharth
is
the
latest
celebrity,
who
has
vented
against
the
Board's
action
of
deleting
a
scene
from
his
upcoming
movie.
He
says
that
the
entire
industry
should
unite
to
fight
against
the
Board
until
it
set
some
sensible
rules
for
filmmaking.
Angry
Siddharth
took
to
his
Twitter
page
to
express
his
disappointment
over
the
decision
of
the
Censor
Board.
He
tweeted,
"In
a
scene
in
my
next
film,
my
character
mentions
lawyers
taking
bribes
and
fake
swamijis
commiting
fraud.
The
censor
board
has
cut
them
out!" Sid
added,
"Unless
film
makers
unite
and
refuse
to
screen
films
until
a
sensible
set
of
rules
is
laid
down
for
censorship,
the
silliness
will
not
end!"
Siddharth
continued,
"As
always,
attacks
on
and
curbing
of
creative
expression
are
seen
as
problems
of
the
individuals
facing
them.
Not
as
a
systemic
problem.
Sad."
The
actor
added,
"Comes
a
time
in
every
industry
when
the
till
then
young
suddenly
become
the
seniors.
When
our
change
of
guard
happens,
we
need
to
be
ready!"
However,
Siddharth
spoke
about
the
Board
deleting
a
scene
from
his
film,
but
he
did
not
reveal
the
name
of
the
movie.
The
actor
is
eagerly
waiting
for
the
release
of
Jabardasth,
which
is
set
to
release
on
February
22.
Directed
by
Nandini
Reddy,
the
film
features
him
in
a
comedy
role
and
Samantha
as
his
love
interest.
