Will Dil Raju Score A Hattrick With Ramayya Vasthavayya?

Dussehra festival has been a very lucky season for Producer Dil Raju as his movies Kotha Bangaru Lokam and Brindavanam hit the marquee during this festive season and turned out to be blockbusters at the Box Office. With his latest production Ramayya Vasthavayya releasing as Dussehra treat, he is upbeat and confident about the Junior NTR and Samantha starrer doing well at the Box Office.

While Kotha Bangaru Lokam released in 2008, Brindavanam came out in 2010. Talking to IANS, Dil Raju said, "It will be a hattrick of sorts because our films such as Kotha Bangaru Lokam and Brindavanam were released during Dussehra and they turned out to be successful. I expect the same from Ramayya Vasthavayya as this festival has been very lucky for me."

Ramayya Vasthavayya is releasing in record number of screens worldwide on October 10. Dil Raju added, "Just like the other two films, Ramayya Vasthavayya is also high on family quotient, and I'm sure it will appeal to the masses. Also, the delay in the release has created a good buzz around it."

Directed by Harish Shankar, Ramayya Vasthavayya was earlier scheduled to release in September, but it was postponed due to the ongoing political turmoil. The film also features Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Shruti Haasan and Hamsa Nandini in important roles.
