My Role In Geethanjali Will Be Remembered In Tollywood: Anjali

South Indian actress Anjali, who was last seen in Venkatesh-Ram's Masala, was out of action for a few months following her controversial disappearance. The Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu star is all set to make her comeback with the movie Geethanjali. She says that she is very excited about this project because it is Telugu horror-comedy and this is her first tryst with the horror genre.

Geethanjali is being directed by debutant Sai Kiran and produced by MVV Sathyanarayana. Talking about her comeback movie Anjali says, "I have done romantic films, comedies and even action, but this will be my first time with the horror genre. My writer has told me that my role will be remembered in Telugu filmdom. I have full faith in the story."

Ace writer Kona Venkat has penned the story for Geethanjali. Anjali gushes that the story is the main attraction in the film and she has a good scope for performance. The actress added, "The story will be the biggest highlight and I instantly fell in love with it. I have good scope for performance in the film. We have already started shooting."

Anjali started her acting career with Telugu movie Photo, but she has had very successful career in Kollywood. In Tollywood, she has two hit movies like Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Balupu for her credit. It should be seen whether she would score another big hit with her upcoming film Geethanjali.
