Balakrishna's Legend Completes 50 Days At Box Office

Director Boyapati Srinu's latest directorial venture Legend, which released in large number of cinema halls across the globe on March 28, has completed 50-day successful run in many centres across Telangana Seemandhra regions. Having made record-breaking collection at the Box Office, the Nandamuri Balakrishna and Sonal Chauhan starrer is still doing decent business in around 127 centers across the state.

Legend has completed seven weeks at the ticket counters across the globe. In five weeks, the Balakrishna and Sonal Chauhan starrer has raked in Rs 32.3 crores nett at the Andhra Pradesh Box Office and Rs 5.65 crores nett from its screens in other parts of the world. Its 35-day global total stands at Rs 37.95 crores nett. The makers are yet to reveal its numbers of sixth and seventh weeks.

The breakup of 35-day collection of Legend is Rs 9.36 cr in Nizam, Rs 8.25 cr in Ceded, Rs 3.75 cr in Guntur, Rs 3.25 cr in Vizag, Rs 2.21 cr in Krishna, Rs 1.98 cr in East Godavari, Rs 1.89 cr in West Godavari, Rs 1.61 cr in Nellore, Rs 2.80 cr in Karnataka, Rs 90 lakhs in rest of India and Rs 1.95 cr in different foreign countries.

Trade experts feel that the 50-day global total of Legend is very close to Rs 50 crore mark. Since it is still running in more than 100 screens across the state, it should be seen whether the film would join the club of Rs 50 crore grosser Telugu films.
