With
no
big
Telugu
movie
released
in
theatres
this
Friday,
Drushyam
has
continued
its
dream
run
at
the
ticket
counters
across
Telangana
and
Seemandhra.
The
Venkatesh
and
Meena
starrer
has
made
decent
collection
at
the
Box
Office
in
its
second
weekend.
The
film
has
once
again
topped
the
business
chart,
beating
new
releases
like
OKa
Criminal
Prema
Katha
and
Pora
Pove.
Based
on
the
viewers'
response
in
its
opening
week,
the
makers
of
Drushyam,
who
have
adopted
the
strategy
of
Manam
makers,
increased
its
screen
count
in
its
second
week.
Having
raked
in
Rs
9.50
crore
in
the
first
week,
the
movie
showed
dip
in
its
business
on
its
second
Friday,
but
the
bad
word
of
mouth
for
the
new
releases
made
this
film
a
first
choice
for
many
film
goers
across
the
state.
Drushyam
witnessed
a
big
leap
in
its
collection
on
Saturday
and
Sunday.
In
its
second
weekend,
the
Venkatesh
and
Meena
starrer
suspense
thriller
has
collected
Rs
3.50
crores
nett
at
the
worldwide
Box
Office,
taking
its
10-day
global
total
to
Rs
13
crores
nett.
Now,
it
is
fast
heading
towards
Rs
20
crore
mark.
The
film
has
recovered
its
production
cost
and
earned
a
small
amount
of
profit
share
in
10
days.
Trade
experts
in
the
film
nagar
feel
that
Drushyam
will
definitely
become
the
highest
grosser
for
Victory
Venkatesh.
However,
the
film
will
clash
with
VV
Vinayak's
much-hyped
movie
Alludu
Seenu
starring
Bellamakonda
Srinivas
and
Samantha
in
the
leads.
We
have
to
wait
to
see
whether
the
latter
will
Drushyam
to
sustain
at
the
ticket
counters.
