All Set To Play Mahesh Babu’s Father: Jagapathi Babu

Jagapathi Babu is one of the most talented actors in Telugu film industry and he has bagged one Filmfare and seven Nandi awards for his performance in various movies in the past. He was last seen in a negative role in Balakrishna's Legend. The huge success of this film has flooded him with more supporting roles. One of those offers is Superstar Mahesh Babu's forthcoming big-ticket movie, to be directed by Koratala Siva.

This is for the first time actor Jagapathi Babu is teaming up with Mahesh Babu and he will play the latter's father in the Koratala Siva-directed action thriller. The elated actor himself has confirmed the news on his official Facebook page. He commented, "All set to play Mahesh Babu's father in Siva Koratala's next. Excited to share screen space with the heartthrob of Tollywood!"

This untitled Telugu movie is touted to be a commercial entertainer with high-octane action. The film is written and directed by Koratala Siva and produced under the banner of Mytri Films. Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in to compose music for soundtracks and background score of the film. Actress Shruti Hassan is playing the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu in the movie.

Mahesh Babu is currently busy filming for his next project Aagadu. After completing it, he is expected to take up the shooting of Koratala Siva's film. Sources from the production team claim that the film is likely to go on floors in July.
