Ladies And Gentlemen is directed by PB Manjunath and produced by Sneha Geetham and Back Bench Student fame director Madhura Sreedhar under the banner of Shirdi Sai Combines. The movie features young actors like Chaitanya Krishna, Mahat Raghavendra, Adivi Sesh, Kamal Kamaraju, Nikitha Narayan, Swathi Deekshith and Jasmin Bhasin the lead roles.
