Manchu Vishnu-RGV's Film Titled Anukshanam; Trailer Released

Ram Gopal Varma teamed with Vishnu Manchu for Rowdy and the film has become big hit at the Box Office. Barely three months after its release, the duo is gearing upto release their second combo movie, which has been titled Anukshanam. The makers of the movie have unleashed the trailer of the film, which is slated to hit the marquee on August 15. The 1.53 minute video looks promising.

The trailer shows that Anukshanam, which has been written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma, is a crime thriller that is about a secret agent, who blurs the line between good and evil in his pursuit of revenge, when his girlfriend becomes the latest victim of a serial killer. The movie seems to be inspired by director Kim Jee-Woon's Hollywood movie I Saw the Devil.

Vishnu Manchu is playing the hero, whose lover becomes a victim of the psycho killer. Tejaswi Madivada, who was recently seen in RGV's Ice Cream, is playing the female lead in the movie in Anukshanam. Navdeep and Madhu Shalini will be seen in crucial roles in this film. The makers were earlier considering titles like Tension Tension and 12 for the movie, but they have finally titled it Anukshanam.

Slated to release in theatres on Independence Day, Anukshanam will clash with Junior NTR's much-awaited film Rabhasa at the Box Office as the latter is also hitting the screens on the same day.
