Nagarjuna's Manam Overseas Rights Sold For Record Price

Telugu movie Manam starring late legendary actor Akkineni Nageshwara Rao, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya in the leads, is one of the most-awaited movies and its release has been postponed for several times due to some reasons. With the movie slated to hit the screens on May 23, the overseas distribution rights of the film have been sold for a record price.

Manam has been creating positive waves in the media ever since production house Annapurna Studios announced this project. There was a huge demand for the threatrical rights of the movie. Several leading distribution house were in race to bag the rights of the film in which viewers will get to see the three generation actors together on one big screen. Finally, CineGalaxy, Inc. has acquired them for a record price.

The bosses of CineGalaxy, Inc have released a press note that reads, "Everyone, who are associated with this film are working hard to make this film a landmark film in Tollywood. CineGalaxy, Inc. a well-known overseas distribution studio and leading theater chain in Texas, is glad to associate with this project and thankful to Annapurna Studios Team and Reliance Team for giving us this wonderful opportunity to work together."

Actresses Samantha and Shriya Saran are playing the female leads in Manam, while Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan makes a cameo appearance. Harshavardan has written the dialogues for the film, while Anup Ruben composed music. Ishq fame Vikram Kumar has penned a special unique script. It is scheduled to release worldwide on May 23, 2014 with grand premieres on May 22, 2014.
