formalities
of
the
Regional
Censor
Board,
which
has
awarded
U/A
certificate
to
the
film.
The
members
of
the
Board
have
described
it
as
a
full

entertainer.
Now,
the
movie,
which
has
been
made
with
a
whopping
budget
of
Rs
30
crores,
is
gearing
up
for
a
grand
release
worldwide
on
January
31.
In
a
statement
to
Oneindia,
the
producers
of
the
film,
Lakshmi
Prasanna
Pictures,
said,
"We
are
happy
that
the
Censor
Board
has
passed
our
film
giving
it
a
U/A
certificate.
This
is
a
very
special
film
for
us
and
we
are
glad
that
it
will
be
a
full
paisa
vasool
movie."
