Rana Daggubati Teaming Up Again With Puri Jagannath?

Actor Rana Daggubati is reportedly teaming up again with director Puri Jagannath, who is basking on the success of his recent release Heart Attack. The actor-director combo has earlier worked together in the movie Nenu Naa Rakshasi. Their second combo movie is said to be produced by none other than Rana's father D Suresh Babu under his home banner Suresh Productions.

Reports suggest that Rana Daggubati and Puri Jagannath will work together in a Telugu movie, which will be an out-and-out action entertainer, but it is not known when this project will take off. An official comment on this film is yet to be made by either of them. Experts from the industry feel if this news come true, the actor may kick-start this rumoured movie after he completes his work for Baahubali and Rudramadevi.

However, Nenu Naa Rakshasi revolved around a serious subject like suicide, but Puri Jagannath was criticised for handling this topic recklessly and creating a mindless, cheap and predictable plot. Mainly, he was bashed for messing up this serious subject with his commercial elements. Despite Rana Daggubati delivering good performance, the 2011 romance drama had bombed at the Box Office.
