Maharaja
Ravi
Teja's
brother
Bharat,
who
was
earlier
caught
in
drug
scandal,
is
now
back
in
news
for
another
wrong
reason.
This
time,
he
is
creating
headlines
for
driving
under
influence
and
misbehaving
with
police
personnel
this
morning
(March
4).
The
Madhapur
police
have
arrested
him
for
creating
ruckus
in
Madhapur
premises
in
inebriated
state.
It
is
reported
that
Bharat
created
a
ruckus
in
an
inebriated
state
in
Madhapur
in
the
wee
hours
of
Tuesday.
Police
reached
the
place
after
being
notified
of
his
behaviour
for
30
minutes.
He
misbehaved
and
abused
them,
when
they
tried
to
control
him.
Irked
by
his
behaviour,
the
police
arrested
him
and
took
him
to
the
Miyapur
police
station.
After
a
breath
analyser
test,
the
police
found
that
Bharat
had
consumed
alcohol
beyond
the
permissible
limit.
They
have
registered
a
case
and
seized
his
vehicle.
He
has
been
booked
under
IPC
Section
353
(not
allowing
a
public
servant
to
perform
his
duty),
and
will
be
produced
before
the
Miyapur
court
today,
reports
Sakshi.
"He
was
drunk
when
he
was
returning
from
a
party
last
night
near
Madhapur.
When
we
stopped
him
for
a
routine
check
and
requested
him
to
not
drive
in
this
condition,
he
lost
his
cool
and
misbehaved
with
a
few
police
officers
on
duty," Inspector
K.
Narsimulu
of
Madhapur
police
station,
told
IANS.
"We
have
booked
him
for
drunk
driving
and
also
for
causing
nuisance
in
public.
He
will
be
presented
in
Miyapur
court
this
afternoon,"
he
added.
This
is
not
the
first
time
Bharath
has
become
the
guest
of
police.
On
August
19,
2010,
Bharat
was
arrested
along
with
his
brother
Raghu
Babu
and
friend
Naresh
by
the
task
force
in
Hyderabad.
They
were
caught
by
the
Banjara
Hills
police
while
they
were
purchasing
drugs
from
a
Nigerian.
The
police
had
seized
approximately
50
grams
of
Cocaine
and
registered
a
case
against
them.
