Ravi Teja Loves Being A Cop Onscreen

Actor Ravi Teja, who is basking in the huge success of Power, says that he is pleased with his performance as ACP Baldev Sahay in the movie, which has garnered overwhelming response at the Box Office. The Mass Maharaja praised director Bobby aka KS Ravindra for his conception role.

Power is an action comedy film and Ravi Teja has played double role in it. His dialogue delivery and action have impressed the viewers, who are in love with his performance on screen. Talking about his role, the actor told Times of India, "I really loved the character of ACP Baldev Sahay. Director Bobby conceived the character very well which is why I agreed to be a part of the film".

Power has received mixed opinions from the film critics. When asked about the reviews, Ravi Teja said, "That's the way it goes sometimes. The biggest hits of my career like Vikramarkudu, Amma Nanna Tamil Ammayi were tipped to be a flops initially. The same happened with Power as well. I was confident that the movie will connect with the audience."

Ravi Teja has shed lot of weight for his role in Power. When asked about it, he said, "I had been wanting to loose some weight for a long time. So when Bobby told me that i will be playing a powerful cop, I felt it would be better to muscle up a little."
