Sanjay Dutt’s Niece Nazia Hussain Roped In For Aashiqui 2 Remake

The casting of the female lead for the Telugu remake of the Blockbuster Hindi movie Aashiqui 2 has been creating quite lot of flutter in the media for long time. Names of several young actresses from Bollywood and Tollywood have been linked with this project, but none has been finalised yet. If we are to go by the latest buzz in the film nagar, the makers of the film have roped in Sanjay Dutt's niece Nazia Hussain for the movie.

Nazia Hussain is the granddaughter of writer Akhtar Hussain and cousin of Bollywood actor Nilesh Sahay. She has already starred in a couple of Hindi movies like Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai (2012) and Say Yes to Love (2012). Reports suggest that the actress, who has recently bagged the role, is truly very excited to enter Tollywood. She will be seen opposite actor Sachiin Joshi in the remake of Aashiqui 2.

Sanjay Dutt's niece has been signed up to play the role of Shraddha Kapoor in the Telugu version of Aashiqui 2. "I'm thrilled to be a part of the Telugu remake of Aashiqui 2. I gave my audition and screen test and after a few days, I bagged the role. It all happened so quickly; I've always believed that good things in life do happen quickly," TOI quotes, Nazia Hussain as saying.
